Can my boss stop me from moving cities if my contract says I'm remote?

We don't have an office at this company even anymore and when I signed on a few months ago one of the big benefits was being totally remote. I'm realizing I need a change of scenery once I get my vaccine but worried he will block it. I know he wants to get people together for happy hour and such.

It's in my paperwork that my job is remote fully but I'm also at will. Thoughts?
