Does or has anyone felt like they've reached a point in their employment where they're in a Sarlacc Pit of working? Sure you start off positive, trying to become just one of the crew, but a few honest mistakes here and a little unprofessional behavior there, and the next thing you know: you're in the blazing sun of Tattooine, sliding slowing down the slopes of the Sarlacc Pit.
Every so often some jerk (coworkers) from Jabba's Palace Barge will throw rocks or shoot at you and you slide even more. Or maybe you think you get your shit together, you can anticipate your boss's moods, you might actually have a grasp of what they expect you to do without any real training, or you're accomplishing the tasks that they ask of you with old equipment, but things happen and you start sliding again. Anyone been in a situation like that?
