Hi all, I’ve been working at this amazing company for the past 8 months now as an agency temp. I was just informed by my supervisor that I’ll eventually be hired full time out of my contract by the company. She said she just received the temp to perm form from HR to fill out eligible candidates. So I have two main questions: 1. How long from this step of the process does it typically take to get an offer letter? 2. Also what is a good salary with the benefits included since I make $30/hr without benefits? Thanks guys!
