Please help me help my dad get a job :/

My dad has always been chronically underemployed and overqualified his entire life. Some background about my dad:

5 degrees! BA in English Language and Literature, MA in English Language and Literature (foreign degrees in his home country); then an MA in International Relations; ANOTHER MA in English Language and Literature, and then finally, an MPA in Public Administration (all in the US). I honestly have no idea why he thought it was a good idea to do so many degrees, especially in (no offense) useless and unmarketable fields.
He has always worked odd jobs for some reason despite all this education. From my childhood, I remember he worked at various department stores, banks, random real estate or mortgage jobs, call-center jobs, and he started his own LLC. for a time that was successful until the 2008 market crash. He worked on approving mortgages as a loan officer. Then more random jobs, and now he's working at a random factory as a picker. He has had stints in state govt throughout the years, but somehow always loses the jobs for whatever reason.
He will be 63 years old this year. Since he has never held a steady job, I'm worried about his future assets.

What are some jobs that he could look at or someone I could connect him to?
