I have a first-round interview for a supply chain/procurement internship this week - the interview will be held by the current intern?

I applied for an internship position at a large pharmaceutical company. The internship will involve working in global drug product procurement. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in biotech but do not have any procurement/supply chain background. I have my first interview this week, which will be hosted by the current intern.

I am just wondering if anyone else has been interviewed by the current intern for an internship. I didn't have any interaction with a recruiter or HR, which I thought was interesting. Does anyone have any advice for this interview or how I should approach it? Thank you!
