Hey guys, so the title says it. Basically I applied online for a customer service advisor position and did an assessment, got a one way digital interview and just found out I passed and I am now on my way to a virtual interview with 2 managers. I’m excited but I am also nervous!
I have zero experience in finance, I have only worked one job in hospitality so I have no idea how I even landed this opportunity. But I want to make the most of it!
In the one way digital interview, I was asked questions such as:
“Introduce yourself and tell us why you want to work here”
“When did you have to adapt in a working environment”
“How did you cope with an unhappy customer”
“What task did you have to do that was conflicting in the workplace”
Does anyone know what kind of questions the managers are likely to ask me in this virtual interview coming up? Will they be similar questions to the ones above? What should I look out for? Any advice for virtual interviews?
