first day of work

It's my first day of work in this new year, currently no emails and minimal work to do today, and had been in this role for more than 5 months now since I grad. Boss is great too.

I have this very sinking feeling of losing any will to live and just disappear from this earth, and had always have this feeling when I am working and I will actually break down at least once a week. This happens to me regardless of any job or internship that I had previously. Mom said its normal for any working person, and that i should get over it and be grateful that I actually have a well paying job and great boss. WDYT?
