I was so happy I put in a ONE week notice!
But at my current job I’ve worked for five years with a college degree in geography I’ve saved them $30,000, finished a project that would normally take two members ahead of schedule, and during my time working there I was never given full- time, a raise, health insurance and worked my first two years in a janitors closest with a leaky ceiling. When I did ask for a raise last year her response was “look elsewhere” were working on a project so I knew she wasn’t trying to get rid of me, but I had no luck finding a job until now. Even working on part-time my hourly pay was much below what it should be in my profession.
But I’m done with that hell hole! I was in the middle of a big project when I got the offer the first this other position but somebody else can suffer her shit pay!
I’m done! I’m done! I’m done!
