Hi everyone. I hope this question is okay here. I'm trying to apply for a job with Amazon, but there's a question I can't answer. They're asking:

Effective date of citizenship / permanent residency / refugee or asylum status obtained most recently

I was born and still reside in the US. How am I supposed to answer that? The question is required, so I can't skip it.
