Cannabis use at night and sober by day

Graduating as a Medical Office Assistant this year, I’ll be looking to start my internship by July. Is it gonna be a big issue if I smoke pot almost everyday for the past couple of years? Would they care if I smoke pot at night and stay sober while at work? Or is it even possible to get the job if you smoke pot ? I’m from Alberta, Canada.
