Canadian HR Professionals, What is the Best Post-Degree Education I Can Receive to Stand Out/Get a Job!?

Hey! This is my first post here but I have been a lurker off and on for a couple of months now.

I am almost finished a degree that is not in business or HR from a reputable Ontario university/program and have increasingly been interested in pursuing a career in HR. I want to continue my studies, with my next form of education being in HR. My question is what’s the best kind of education I can receive to effectively enter the Ontario HR job market once I have graduated? Should I be looking into masters programs, such as UofT’s MIRHR, or would college options be better? I fully intend on getting my CHRP, and then CHRL, designations into the future. If it helps you, I intend to work in Ontario.
