I'm interviewing with a company and there have been a few yellow flags that make me concerned it might be a burn out waiting to happen.
Glassdoor only has two reviews (they're a small 10 year old company) and neither mention work/life balance.
Are there any other sites that share anonymous employer reviews?
If you're curious, this is an explanation of the yellow flags:
The first interview was at 5:30 PM and went for an hour, and I know they debriefed after my interview, so they were working until at least 7 PM. That combined with the fact that it's a start-up and "fast paced" makes me concerned that the role is a burn out waiting to happen.
When I asked about work/life balance they said that they have core hours they require everyone to be online, but besides that it's all very deliverable focused. The words "fast paced" and "high intensity" were used. The CEO said there will be times when you need to work late, and times when you can cut out early.
