Would you take this job?

I have been applying for positions for a year and I just graduated. I got a yes with a really amazing company. It's the first time I've gotten a yes. However it would mean I would have to leave immediately, leave my family and my boyfriend and go 2k+ miles away

I'm getting cold feet. I feel like I was applying and didn't realize what i was doing. I know I have to get a job.

They kept reiterating it would be a hard position to do, long days, lots of work, different departments don't get along, and that the last person quit after 6 months. It's a process engineer position.

I don't know if I'm being silly or what.
