What should I do?

Hello, 26 F here with a partial college degree and lots of working experience, yet I can’t seem to find a decent enough job to pay the bills and leave me money for food. I’ve been living off peanut butter and ramen the last 8 months in a job that was supposed to be full time, and I bust my butt every single day. Yet they decided to cut my shifts and hire a new person. I’m getting so depressed that I don’t even know what to do anymore. I’ve been applying for jobs left and right and nothing has worked out for me so far. Is there any advice y’all can give?
