What are the best tools (websites, apps, etc) to help find a jobs these days?

For the last 20+ years, I've been working various positions at two part time (around 40 hours a week) customer service type of jobs. This year I ended up losing both jobs due to covid. It's been so long since I've looked for work and have no idea how to look for one these days.

Do you have any specific tools that you use in your job search? I'd like to get out of customer service, what type of jobs should I look for?
