Toxic work environment

I work at the worst place I've ever experienced. Managers verbally abuse the employees. You are yelled at and made felt bad for taking a day off. Yelled at for talking to a co-worker for more than one minute. Why have I not left? Why do I feel like I should show up tomorrow on a day off. I hate this place
