Take or Don't Take New Software Job

Hi, I'm intentionally leaving titles and positions a bit vague and obfuscated. I have worked as a programmer at a company that specializes in pricing solutions for over five years. It's my second job, and I now have a senior position. It has quite a bit of exposure in industries affected by COVID, which led to some layoffs earlier this year along with pay and benefit cuts. However, sales are now moving up from dead and hiring in my division is hiring again. I was passively looking due to this instability and got an offer last week with a logistics company who has been better positioned in the current economic environment for obvious reasons — everybody is ordering stuff. The pay is a little bit more. The benefits are quite a bit worse than my pre-COVID benefits and slightly worse than my current package.

Since I started interviewing, my current company has gotten a bit more stable. I feel my job is a bit more secure there as long as the company is around, since I know a lot of the systems being developed and maintained, although there's not a lot of room for advancement for the next year or two. The new position has more opportunity for advancement, but the work I'd start out doing would be a bit less interesting. Also, there QA process and development practices are less mature, which usually leads to some annoying chaos and BS off hours. Finally, I do feel some personal investment and loyalty to my current company, rational or not. So take or no take? What would you do?
