Sent thank you letter after interview, did not hear back from hiring manager. Is it a bad sign?

Hi guys,

Yesterday I did the final interview(s) where I was among the 3 candidates. I emailed four people interviewing me yesterday, two replied to me and two didn't. The two interviewers who didn't reply to my emails are 1. The hiring manager aka my future boss if I get hired; and 2. The big boss of the other three.

Is this a bad sign? I know the hiring manager is very straightforward and efficient. She always writes very short and straight to the point emails, but she sounds very very sweet, yet I am very worried. I love this job and I desperately want it.

Edit: I asked the hiring manager if there was anything that made her hesitate to hire me, she said no and she was happy with my skillsets.
