PepsiCo App Status

So I am trying to get a job at PepsiCo the warehouse as a loader FT NIGHTS. So I did the interview and was told that out of 100+ applicants that he interviewed I was the absolute best one. I then waited two weeks while keeping in contact with the status of my app. I logged into to check on my application status and it says that I am eligible to move forward with the process but if I am selected. What does this mean. Is this a way of them turning me down? I know I am supposed to wait for an email telling me if I got it or whatnot but I have showed a lot of interest in working with the company and how it will be a lifelong company for me and whatnot. Does it sound like I will get the job or not?
