This what the HR lady sent me on Wednesday: "Upper Management has not approved the offer. There is some pushback about the relocation because we normally don’t offer that. I don’t have an answer yet. I will let you know as soon as I do." I emailed her to find out when I needed to put in my two weeks notice at my current job and that was her reply. We agreed on a salary via email. They are paying me close to what I was asking. The manager of the plant decided to add relocation assistance on top of my package. I live in SC. The job is in Alexandria, VA. I never asked for relocation assistance. They offered it. The regional VP is the one who hasn't yet agreed to sign off on the offer. It has been a week already since we agreed on everything. I am waiting on the official offer letter to sign it. Should I be worried?
