Hey y'all. Is it just me, or is anyone else tired of getting shat on by higher ups?
I'm sick and tired of higher ups sitting in a cushy office and constantly hounding the plebeians doing the grunt work about the smallest minutiae. I know you have your job to do, and I get it, but seriously? Is that ONE PIECE OF PAPER going to make the world stop turning on its axis, especially when it takes three weeks worth of emails and phone calls to get one signature? And does it REALLY matter if I use blue or black pen? I feel like higher ups have gotten so used to being secluded in the office all day that they have no idea what's actually going on in the field.
Again, I know that everyone has a job to do, and I will continue to do what I am told because I have bills to pay. I do my job to the best of my ability and I'm done with the redundancy of the smallest, insignificant details and being micromanaged like a child because they're afraid of the directors.
