Job has an extremely strict uniform...

So I am 18 and got my first real job at a local supermarket. They’ve got a super strict dress code...wear a tie everyday, shirt tucked in, apron, an earpiece we have wear at all times even during breaks, and of course wear masks at all times. By the time eight hour shift ends, my ear aches and my mask feels disgusting. But I figure all this is normal for a job like this.

I always hated wearing a tie but thought I’d muddle through but it’s still uncomfortable a few weeks later...plus my manager is a real stickler about it looking neat. I don’t want to quite over something as lame as a uniform plus my friends are here and we have a good time.

So I guess maybe what I’m asking is if anyone has any ideas to make my work clothes more comfortable?
