IS MARKET SOURCE A SCAM !!!!?!?!

Market source recently picked me up and hired me their a company that is partnered with target but they've been sending i-9 forms as well as requesting documents of identification and I've been sending them the info it wasn't until they asked for a picture of my social security card to send to HR in order to "fix a discrepancy" where red flags popped up those anyone know if this is legit
