I'm trying to find a part time job right now, but I haven't been working for the past 4 years, is this a red flag?

Due to various reasons it has been 4 years since I had a job (worked at a coffee shop), am really worried that this will give people a negative impression?

Like would they see my resume and go like "wow last job she had was 2016" and go "next"? :(

And if they confronted me about it during the interview or something what should I say?
