How exactly do I get a job?

Im in my early 20's and have never had a job. I've been thinking about it a lot recently and keep talking myself out of it due to covid.

I'm still considering it though, so my question is, how exactly do I get one? I just want something part time to work maybe 3-4 hours a day possibly 4 days a week if possible.

Only thing I have is a high school diploma.

So where do I look? Do I just type in part time jobs in my area on google?

I also have social anxiety, so I want something that wont make me interact with a lot of people. Really liking the idea of a night shift somewhere.
