Got offered the position but now I gotta submit 7 references?

So it took about a month and finally I was offered the position and given a start date. I accepted and was really happy to find a job after I was laid off my previous one. But now the manager says I need to submit 7 references (5 must be from supervisors and 2 must be from coworkers) and receive responses within 2 days. How am I supposed to do that when I only have one previous job?? She said I can't start working until I complete that step. Should I just submit fake ones, can she find out if they are fake?
