I know, probably not the best move, but it really had to be done. Toxic work environment (literally). Toxic boss. Bait and switched after starting, etc...
Have any of you done this? How did it turn out for you in the short/long term?
I have my undergrad and 20yrs of experience in aerospace office experience, but transfered to a construction based company just before covid hit, for some background.
I'm relieved yet a bit nervous at this point. Luckily I have some savings, but will not be able to receive unemployment. Did I just make a massive mistake??
