DREAM JOB seemed uninterested, but then emailed to interview with the whole team as a 1st interview, any advice?

Ive been having a hard time gauging the company's interest in me as a candidate, but I've finally secured a first interview.

The process as it was previously explained to me was supposed to be phone interview with the hiring manager, then a video interview, and a possible final stage video interview with 1-2 others.

However, after 2 weeks of overthinking and thinking the worst, and not hearing much more than "the hiring manager is reviewing your resume," I finally have a first interview... and it is a 30 minute video interview with the hiring manager and 2-3 members of the team right before the holidays. (And I believe the hiring manager for this position is the VP for the HUGE corporation, which makes me very nervous as this position is a rotational position usually for people earlier in their career like I am)

It sounds like they're trying to speed up the process as much as possible, but I wasn't expecting such a change in process. I think it can be a good thing if I really impress the team, though.

And that's why I need help. I tried googling what I should expect in this type of interview and I couldn't find much on even in-person team interviews for 30min to get an idea of what I should expect.

This really is my dream job and I want to do a lot of research and give it my all.
