Does supporting/opposing the system affect your chances of landing a job?

I've never been a person that's supported the system, rather I dislike it and oppose it, I think because of this, I really struggle to land a job, I think fundamentally this plays a huge part in whether you get the job or not, cos if you go with the system, you can easily get what you want out of life, the thing is, I've noticed is that the system gives jobs, creates consumers, as long as you do what it wants you are rewarded, but if you are one of these people that is not desirable you will have a lot harder time getting employment.
