About to start my first job at Arby’s HELP!

Hi I’m a 17 year old from the United States in Ohio I’m going to be scheduling my orientation to Arby’s soon and I’m worried because I have absolutely no experience with cooking and I’ve never really have done customer service. I don’t know where I’m going to be placed or how the process will go. Like where I start and how quickly I have to know more things if you guys could tell me how it works when you started your job at Arby’s that would be amazing!
