I've been working for this company for 6 months. My manager's manager is requesting feedback on my manager. This is pretty standard thing in giving each other feedback and not like they are putting me on the spot. One of the questions asks for areas of development for him. I honestly cannot think of any at the moment. Still feel fairly new and honestly he's been a great manager. No complaints. Always helpful, on time, and encouraging. Not a negative experience at all with him. I'm sure you can't give me exact answers without being in my role, but any examples or ideas for me to think about would be helpful.
