I believe I listed salary expectation as too high for the job I'm applying for, should i be worried?

I'm a teenager applying for a summer position in a youth program. This is my first job application, so I'm lacking experience in the application process. One of the questions on the application was about minimum hourly wage. The hourly salary range listed on the job post was $13.69-$18.00, with $13.69 being minimum wage in my state. I foolishly decided to list my minimum salary as $15.00 hourly, but I now realize that the expectation was most likely that the workers would be paid minimum wage. I truly wouldn't have minded earning only minimum wage, so I'm wondering if the minimum salary I listed will greatly hurt my chances at getting the job or not. Any advice is appreciated
