A company I recently applied for has a 3 month re application rule and that applies for any position in the company, I just got a rejection email this morning and I was wondering what happens to the old resume that they had reviewed after 3 months?
I had made an error in the resume I sent and accidentally ommited a job making it look like I was unemployed for 2 years, i was also advised to omit a certificate course I took that I put under "education. I plan on reapplying with an edited and better resume but am afraid they might dig up the old one and see the differences.
