Webex interview?

I have a video interview coming up via webex. I am ok on the video part, but, for people who have had them, is it weird if I call in via phone to join the meeting? I've never used the mic on my laptop. I've never had a video interview before and I'm not really sure what the standard procedure is as far as audio goes. I know my phone will have a good connection, but I'm not sure if that's how these things are done.
