Position: NOC Engineer SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES ● Serve as primary owner for all server issues and alerts that would get triggered from the Managed Machines or internal servers ● Perform alerts verification and then proceed with systems troubleshooting and management and close the Tickets with in defined SLA as per Process. ● Provide thorough research of customer facing issues. ● Update internal knowledge base of new support solutions as required ● Complete assigned task by the Tech leads on customer facing issues REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS ● Minimum work experience of 2 years ● At least 5+ Years Relevant Server Support Experience in NOC setup/environment 4 / 3 year degree in a technical discipline is preferred ● Must have full understanding and experience maintaining, managing and monitoring remote servers running Windows OS ● Should have Proficient Knowledge in Managing and administration of Windows Server and knowledge in any of the below ○ Linux ○ Windows Shell Scripting ○ SQL Server Administration ● Able to monitor entire infrastructure via various tools. ● Ability to quickly and efficiently address Servers errors and alerts. ● The candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills ● Must be able to communicate clearly to our customers in regards to issues ● Willingness to work in Rotational shifts in a 24/7/365 NOC environment Strong Technology knowledge & real time experience, with certifications in areas like Windows, Database, Linux and Networking. (Microsoft / Linux / Cisco Certifications) is desired..
