I recently graduated with a degree in health sciences with a concentration in healthcare informatics hoping I could learn some valuable skills but I didn’t. So after graduating in May I’ve been stuck applying for healthcare analyst positions but they all ask for 1-2 experience in softwares I’ve never heard of.
Slowly I fell into a pit of indecision, my boyfriend and our friends who majored in computer science found high paying jobs as software engineers so I thought maybe I could too by self learning but it’s been hard learning on my own while having a part-time internship on the side. I’m a data intern for a small company, they’re all really nice people but I don’t feel like I’m learning anything.
I stopped applying for jobs a few months back because Ive just kinda gave up on myself. I feel like I lack skills and I’m always lost. I’m currently learning (also kinda half adding ) how to code but I can’t help but wonder is this what I want to do with my life? I’m sure a lot people who feel the same way, but please give me some advice I just feel so lost
