Problems finding internships... Possible ATS issues?

I go to a selective Texas university and I have intern experience spanning from venture capital to business analytics. Is there a way I can possibly test my resume against ATS software or someone try to beat the software, I know my resume isn't complete garb because I have got internships before it seems though COVID-19 once again strikes again and the internships have been affected by that.
