My job is offering to pay for 6 years of tuition at a local college, but I can't decide what to go for.

I'm in a pretty lucky situation. My job worked out a 6 year deal for my coworkers and me to take classes for free at a local college that mainly offers associate degrees in things like Computer Science, Business Administration, Technical Communications, Cybersecurity, and Criminal Justice. I already have a BS in biology, and I do chemical testing for a drinking water plant. For the past year I've been taking courses in GIS, which might be helpful with some of our field work, but I'm about to finish my GIS degree next year and I still have a few more years of free tuition left. I've been leaning toward Technical Communications, because it might be nice to improve my report writing skills, but I'm wondering if Computer Science might be more valuable if I want to get a side gig in development. I also think cybersecurity sounds super interesting, but I'm not sure about the prospects for side work in that area. Unfortunately neither one would be very relevant to my job, but it never hurts to get more education. Any advice on what I should do?
