Interviewed at a bank and fingerprinted, but I have 3 misdemeanor marijuana-related charges that were DISMISSED...

However at the police station my finger prints are definitely still in the system. I did a background check on myself but I didn’t do the most expensive one so I’m afraid that I might have missed something..

Are my chances slim? It’s 5 years until I can get it expunged, I’m on year 3... how can I avoid keep running into this? I am so scared of this coming up and changing the employers’ mind about me that it’s been holding me back from applying to real jobs, and not just jobs I know I can actually get into.
