I am currently job seeking in the IT field. Can you tell me what are some good qualifications to have? What looks good on your resume in this field?

I am a fairly new graduate with a BS in IT and I don't have a ton of hands on experience. I have mostly done troubleshooting in a call center setting and ticket creation to get users issues escalated to the right place.

I am looking for a place to build my career and grow. I haven't fully decided my path in IT, I am interested in Project Management, Networking Infrastructure, and Software Development.

That being said...what are some good certifications I can look into or even just classes I can grow a better understanding? I am getting plenty of interviews but nothing solid yet and the "call center" industry keeps trying to drag me back as a customer service rep but I've done that for over 10 years and feel like I am going no where and the pay is very little. Often times I have to deal with 10x more stress to even make a decent wage not to mention anything that includes benefits (I am in the US).

What would look good on a resume in this particular field? I have done some general Google searching and have run into tons of "boot camp" courses and classes that cost crazy amounts of money but what is really good to invest in?

Thanks!
