So I was told in comments in my inbox from people on this sub that posts need to be extremely short, so I'll do my best to summarize in a few sentences.
1) Got an interview, gave my salary requirements, got told to wait for hr to contact me.
2) Got an offer from hr with no information about any of my requirements.
3) Got told they would get back to me again after reminding them about my requirements.
TLDR; If you have steady employment, you have a lot of the power in the job hunt, because you're not desperate. Know your worth and do not compromise. Hold your ground.
