Got a new job and got my first probation evaluation and it was very negative. I am now very stressed and worried.

I got a new job after searching for a long time. Today I was called into a meeting with my boss and the head manager of the company. I was given a probation evaluation and I got mixed feedback. I was told that I was polite, on time and dressed for the job and that I was friendly with customers and had no customer complaints, but then the very negative feedback came. It was then told to me that they believed I was working very slow in all my work regardless of what part of my job was I doing and that I needed to go faster. I was absolutely shocked by this. Up to this point in time I had not gotten any negative feedback from anyone. My co workers and immediate boss seemed to like me and we got along well they said I was doing a good job. I was never pulled aside by my boss or another co worker and asked if I was struggling to do my work or needed help or if I didn't understand something.

However, I have a feeling that the head manager has not liked me since the first time they met me. Since the first time they met me I treated them with respect and was very polite. However, the head manager acts very condescending around me, is passive aggressive and is very negative around me. Every time after the first time we met I have seen the head manager they have acted negative towards me. I feel like it is a clash of personalities. I am a quiet person who does not talk much and keep to myself and it seems like my head manager does not like this about me for some reason. Overall, I was told that I need to improve my quality of work and that I will have two more evaluations during the probation. I asked what the biggest things I needed to improve on were and told them I understood and would do my best to improve. Am I in serious trouble and do I need to be looking for another job? I am very stressed after this very unfortunate event that caught me off guard. I have only been at this job for two weeks currently. I will have my next probation evaluation in 15 more days.
