First jobs in LinkedIn are not what it supposed to be

Hi,

I've been searching for a first real marketing job for a long long time. I've read last week on another thread that most people ask more than 3 years of experience for junior jobs because they want to hire professional at a discount.

However, I was thinking that with LinkedIn filters that are not available on Indeed it would be better, but not really. Even if I filter the jobs by "First job", some of them (not all) are still requiring 2-3 years. I even saw a junior job requiring 2 years of junior experience... Really?

How am I supposed to get a first experience if I can't get one?

I got one small internship two years ago, but other than that, nobody want to hire me and all my employers are really happy about my job since I'm very dedicated to make the best out of me.

I'm in Canada and I'm actually considering:

  1. Moving to Europe where there are more 0 experience possibilities
  2. Opening my own YouTube channel and Facebook page to get my own "Marketing experience" (not sure if it will count)
  3. Creating my own company
