College grades and the job search

I’m a senior in college as of righting this. If any employers or people who have any knowledge about this, please enlighten me about this issue.

My first 3 years of college, I was just stressing about my grades to keep at least a B average. Occasionally I got a few Cs or maybe even a D sometimes. I’ve been told that, grades really do not matter once you are looking for a job. I’m looking to be a paralegal after I graduate or legal assistant. Do my college grades really matter?

This semester, I honestly stopped caring about them. I have like 2 Ds, 2 Cs and a B. I’m just going to make sure I don’t fail classes but I’m not going to stress about them like I used to because I was told employers really don’t care.
