Job interview tomorrow and I haven't prepared

I cant believe I put in 2 hours on the resume, CV, assessments only to not prepare for my interview. Just the other day I was complaining about the lack of interviews and now I am wasting my opportunity. any advice on how to get motivated to prepare?
