Is this enough reason to quit my new job?

I was laid off from my old job due to COVID back in May. I moved to a new city in July, and got a new job at the end of the month. This new job is stressful at times and requires a lot of security clearance because of the material I handle.

I graduated college last year, so I have only been in the workforce for a short amount of time, but this job has some red flags that are making it difficult to continue with it.

First, the job description online did not match with what the job actually entails. They let me know during my second interview that I would be seeing/hearing some unsettling things, which was not once mentioned in the job listing.

Second, the hours start at 5 am. For most people, that is something they can get used to, but it's causing an issue with my boyfriend and I and our morning routines. I also just hate the hours, and it affecting my physical health (I have a chronic illness that is starting to flare up from stress).

Third, the company has a lot of flaws that are affecting my training. There is poor communication between the supervisors and the employees. I struggle to got a hold of my supervisor and ask him some important questions regarding my schedule, the programs I need access to, and to touch base on my progress. The company is also pretty disorganized. My first few weeks of training were a shit show. I kept getting bounced around between different supervisors, I didn't know my schedule for the next day until the night before, and I was being trained excessively for a different position. Also, they fired one of my team members, and then tried to rush my training process.

Lastly, this job isn't really the field I want to be working in. It is very limiting and I'm not really gaining any experience that would help me further myself in the career I want to be in (basically I want to be in marketing but this is customer service).

My team members are awesome and have been super helpful. They understand my frustrations. I feel bad about considering quitting because they desperately need me on the team and I'm good at the job.

Is this grounds enough for me to quit? I've been applying to jobs like crazy but haven't heard back from anything. My family has told me to hold on until I can find a new job, but my boyfriend can see the stress it is causing me and told me it's okay to quit. I feel like I should stay to help my team until I can find a new job, but also these red flags are driving me up the wall and I feel like I'm at the end of my rope.

tl;dr: My new job is disorganized, has poor communication, and odd hours. I'm trying to hold on until I can find a new job, but the stressfulness of this job is making me want to quit with no backup plan.
