I don’t know how much longer I can take

I work at a job that I absolutely hate now, after covid and working at home the management is almost none existent. My supervisor is one of the worse supervisor ever, she is always lost and not reachable when we need help , actually no one is really there to help if we need help. Not to mention for the amount of work, the pay is terrible and they won’t do any salary review because of Covid. I keep wanting to quit because it’s terrible but at the same time I still need the money and I have been applying to a lot of jobs but have not heard back from anyone
