I am going to be laid off in the future... What do I put on my resume?

So long story short, point form.

• currently on mat leave
• company I work for was already struggling but covid19 pushed them over the edge so a lot of closures and lay offs have occurred
• I have been told I will be laid off come November (the end of my leave) because of downsizing and was given all details
• I was already actively job searching (didn't want to go back there) but still have this job as my current employer

So..

I don't know how to phrase this on my applications because I have advanced notice that once my leave is over, I am laid off.

I can't update LinkedIn because the date is in the future. I partly want to just put Sept because I got my notice in Sept.

What do you think? Any feedback on how to address this on my resume? Do I put the future date?
