How do I get experience when no one will hire me??

I graduate in just over a year with an English degree. I want to teach abroad, work in some capacity in a theatre program (I did community theatre for 12 years and I've worked pt for dance studios before the pandemic) work for a publishing company, or eventually run a study cafe. I would love to be able to get some experience in these fields before graduating as I've been a barista for the past 5 years and I've been looking for a new job for almost 2 years now. I'm also 33, (yes I went to college late) and if I was 21 living at home I'd take an unpaid internship, but I'm an adult with rent and bills to pay. How do I get some experience under my belt when no one in that field will hire me.
