Last week, a recruiter from GM contacted for phone screening - talking about salary, basic qualification check - and let me know about the next step which is a hirevue interview.
I completed the interview but I feel didn't do well since all the questions I received weren't expected behavioral questions, but technical ones. Also I felt extra uncomfortable to speak naturally while being recorded.
Seeing other posts on GM interviews makes me wonder about the chance to pass the hirevue interview. It seems like I did phone screening earlier than other cases.
Anyone has similar experiences or advices?
